Job Description
A facility and security management company in Chennai requires experienced Security Supervisors for commercial and residential client sites. Candidates with a background in the armed forces, police or professional security agencies are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of security guards across assigned client sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and patrol rounds
- Maintain site registers, visitor logs and access control records
- Respond to and report security incidents, emergencies and breaches
- Coordinate with client management on security requirements and concerns
- Ensure compliance with security SOPs and company policies
- Brief and train security personnel on duties and protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications
Security supervision and personnel managementKnowledge of access control and surveillance systemsIncident response and emergency handlingStrong physical fitness and alertnessClear communication in Tamil and/or EnglishEx-military or ex-police background (preferred)
Educational Qualification: Class 10 pass; Ex-military / Ex-police preferred
