Job Description
A financial services and insurance company in Kolkata is seeking Telecallers to connect with prospective customers and generate qualified leads. This role is suitable for enthusiastic candidates with good communication skills and a desire to build a career in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads database
- Present products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone
- Record call outcomes and update customer information in the system
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments as required
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead-generation targets
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the senior team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Clear and confident verbal communication in Bengali and HindiBasic computer skills for data entryCustomer handling and objection managementPatience and persistence in a target-driven environmentPositive attitude and professional telephone etiquette
Educational Qualification: Class 12 / Graduate in any discipline
