Job Description
A leading warehousing and distribution company in Pune is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory and a team of floor staff. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff and ensure productivity targets are met
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate with transport and procurement teams for timely dispatch
- Ensure proper storage, labelling and documentation of goods
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management

Warehouse management and inventory controlTeam leadership and staff supervisionWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ExcelForklift and material-handling equipment awarenessDocumentation and record-keepingKnowledge of safety and compliance standards
Educational Qualification: Class 12 / Diploma; Graduate preferred
