Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from distribution hubs and deliver to customer addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Handle customer queries and complaints at the point of delivery
- Ensure timely and safe handling of delivered goods
- Report delivery failures and return undelivered packages promptly
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid driving licence (LMV or two-wheeler as applicable)Knowledge of Kolkata city routes and areasBasic smartphone usage for delivery appsGood communication skills in Bengali and/or HindiPunctuality and customer service orientation
